New projects

I've been working on a few different projects this week, some vintage tags for a magazine, some designs for a Photobook company and also some textile designs. Above is a sneak peek at one of the new textile designs. 

It's starting to feel like Christmas already in Greece they are playing all the Christmas tunes on the radio and it's starting to make me think I need to do some Christmas shopping. I think I'll mainly be shopping online this year from NOTHS which has some excellent unusual handmade and personalized gifts.

Sorry about the lack of blog posts lately. I've been super busy designing plus I've had loads of problems with my internet (comes with the territory living in Greece!) I've been working on a bunch of floral repeats at the mo, I've posted a little peak of a sample above.

A friend recently introduced me to pinterest.com. Its an application where you can create your own mood boards. For example you can make a mood board of different textile or of some books you want to read. I guess it's a way of organizing your creative thoughts. I'm quite new to it but i'll let you know how it goes.

Lazy days..at the Waterpark

It's a bank holiday here today, we spent the day at the local waterpark and even though it was 28 degrees I actually found it quite chilly, obviously I have climatised! So I haven't done much work today, instead I've been topping up the tan and splashing about and of course drinking my frappe! I also have some exciting news my website should be launching in the next 48 hours. I had a few technical problems as its a while since I designed a website. To go on with here is a design for a kids T-shirt, the theme being lazy days at the beach..
