What a lovely weekend I had, family and friends were over from the UK so we spent some glorious days by the beach in the beautiful Halkidiki. We all had our first swim of the year which will hopefully the first of many. When we returned home we discovered that the cherry tree in out garden was full of juicy cherries so I picked them all. I have loads and I haven't even scratched the surface yet. I'm trying to think of things I can make with cherries, so far I've only managed a cherry and apple crumble which was delicious. Now back to work!
